Manly Dogs Day Out

We had a great day yesterday at Manly. The weather forecast wasn't very promising - but we were lucky to get nice weather with just a bit of rain for a last half an hour. We enjoyed meeting great variety of dogs - such a nice crowd! Thank you everyone for coming!

And it was nice to hear compliments to our products - especially bungees and rope toys! 

SnapUp was a hit (we're surprised!) within the younger generation - well, kids are aware that the joy of owning the puppy coming together with responsibilities and some unpleasant tasks such as picking up the dogs poo. It was really nice to see that kids are growing into responsible dog owners, not without a help of our stylish SnapUp!

Petico were very excited to find the ideal dog water bottle made by H2O4K9. This water bottle is a really great idea! Designed to let your dog drink naturally from a water bottle that you can take anywhere, it takes the worry out of those long hot summer days. Dogs need between 50-100 ml/kg/day of water. So, your 20kg dog may need up to 2000ml (2L) every day. This is increased by exercise, hot weather and some medications. Obviously salt water at the beach can look good to dogs but causes them to vomit, gives them diarrhoea and if they drink large amounts can cause seizures. Additionally, creeks and storm water drains close to the city can be contaminated with parasites (such as giardia), bacteria and industrial pollution.

Relax and enjoy your time together knowing that your 750ml bottle is made from food grade stainless steel, uses a recyclable plastic lid and is finished in eco friendly paints. The metal bottle should not be frozen (the welds may break) but it has a wide mouth allowing ice blocks to be added for your dog’s comfort when the weather is hot.

Using around 28 two litre drink bottles in its manufacture, our backpack material has a soft, quality feel and is highly durable. A breathable backing ensures your comfort in any conditions.
