Petico were very excited to find the ideal dog water bottle made by H2O4K9. This water bottle is a really great idea! Designed to let your dog drink naturally from a water bottle that you can take anywhere, it takes the worry out of those long hot summer days. Dogs need between 50-100 ml/kg/day of water. So, your 20kg dog may need up to 2000ml (2L) every day. This is increased by exercise, hot weather and some medications. Obviously salt water at the beach can look good to dogs but causes them to vomit, gives them diarrhoea and if they drink large amounts can cause seizures. Additionally, creeks and storm water drains close to the city can be contaminated with parasites (such as giardia), bacteria and industrial pollution.

Relax and enjoy your time together knowing that your 750ml bottle is made from food grade stainless steel, uses a recyclable plastic lid and is finished in eco friendly paints. The metal bottle should not be frozen (the welds may break) but it has a wide mouth allowing ice blocks to be added for your dog’s comfort when the weather is hot. 

Petico has bundled this with its own sling backpack made from recycled PET. Using around 28 two litre drink bottles in its manufacture, our backpack material has a soft, quality feel and is highly durable. A breathable backing ensures your comfort in any conditions. Its padded mono-sling shoulder strap features a built-in zippered pocket for your mobile phone or MP3 player with another small pocket that is great for keys, coins or other quick-access items. This bag has 2 main compartments. The bottom one is designed to hold all your dog necessities e.g. balls, toys, treats, and clean up bags. It even has a washable, waterproof wallet to store any used (and possibly wet) things on your way home. The top compartment is for any other things you may need to enjoy the walk together and contains a secure zippered pocket for any precious items.
